Coconut Creme Pie
1 package fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding 1 cup fat-free skim milk 1/3 cup sweetened coconut flakes 1 teasthingy coconut extract 1 1/2 cup fat free Whipped Topping, divided 1 reduced fat Graham Cracker Crust
Mix pudding with 1 cup fat free milk. Stir in coconut flakes and coconut extract. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Pour into graham cracker crust. Spread 1/2 c. whipped topping over the top of the pie.
Chill for 1 hour before serving.
Makes 8 servings 3 points each
