Help ! I have been on core for 11 months now. I have lost 30 pounds but now I am gaining, than loosing, than gaining again. All thing are the same. Exercise is the same. Just do not know what to do now. Any suggestions ??

If you have been doing everything the same. Eating healty and all, the problem could be that your body has gotten used to what you've been doing. Sometimes, like once a week or once every two weeks eat something fatting. It gives your body something to process and work for
