if i make a meal that has all core iteams in it, does it make it all FREE meaning core?

is there no set amount of each food that you can eat on the core plan like 1 cup of this or so many of that ?

I have joined ww about 7 weeks ago, and this is my first week doing core..i have been doing flex but for the last 3 weeks my weight has platued and i have jsut started core and i really do love the freedom that it entails in not having to write down all my points.. and the different varieties of food you can eat. i am just hoping i lose weight this sat when i go.. i just wish more web sites have coe recipes...
