Hmmm... I didn't feel like eating breakfast today, so I'll just list my planned menu:
Breakfast - 1 glass water 1 bottle of Propel
Lunch - 1/4 lb of Shrimp Appetizer (recipe is on lunch board) Shimp sauce 1 small yellow squash sauteed with light cooking spray Chai sweetened with splenda
Snack - Fat free popcorn
Dinner - Whole wheat spaghetti Spaghetti sauce with ground beef
Dessert Fat free pudding
